Emberton Fayre began with two friends, Matthew and Gifford, experimenting with flavour and quality in their back garden. Their shared passion for exceptional ingredients – and a bit of culinary curiosity – led them to develop what would become our signature Smoked Garlic. It started small but quickly gained a loyal following, thanks to its rich, smoky flavour and versatility.

When Matthew retired, it was time to pass the torch. Enter Richard, a seasoned foodie looking for his next challenge. With fresh ideas and a dedication to keeping Emberton Fayre’s values alive, Richard stepped in to grow the business while staying true to its roots. Today, we’re proud to continue bringing extraordinary flavours to homes and restaurants across the UK.
