"I have followed the carnivore diet for 2 years and don't eat any seed oils. I also have very sensitive skin. This is perfect to cook my steak, lamb, chicken and pork, as I don't want to always cook in butter. I also decant some into a small container and use on my lips as a lip balm as all the commercial products have ingredients that bring me out in cold sores. I also use to remove make-up.
