Ingredients:

Tomatoes, Onions, Water, Coconut Cream (14%), Garlic, Ginger, Sunflower Oil, Roasted Chillies (2%), Desiccated Coconut (2%), Garam Masala (Coriander Seed, Cumin Seed, Cassia, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cloves), Ground Coriander, Coriander Leaf, Date Syrup, Cornflour, Salt, Fennel Seed (0.6%), Turmeric, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Chilli Powder, Cardamom, Curry Leaves.

Cooking Instructions (Serves 2):

Traditional Option:

  • Add the sauce to a pan with 400g of diced boneless white fish (e.g., cod).
  • Simmer on medium heat until the fish is fully cooked.
  • Serve with fluffy basmati rice or dosa pancakes.

🌱 Vegan Option:

  • Stir-fry 400-500g of bite-sized vegetables (e.g., peppers, aubergines, courgettes, or green beans) or diced soya protein.
  • Add the sauce and cook until heated through.
