Cold-pressed from early-harvest olives in Kyparissia, Peloponnese, Honest Toil Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in small batches using traditional methods. Olives are hand-picked and pressed within hours of harvest at a local mill, ensuring exceptional freshness and purity.
This is an early-harvest agoureleo oil, made exclusively from Koroneiki olives, prized for their naturally high polyphenol content. The result is a strikingly fresh olive oil with a vibrant green colour, clean grassy aromas and a gentle peppery finish.
Thanks to careful harvesting and pressing, this batch achieves an exceptionally low acidity of 0.2–0.3%, well below the legal threshold for extra virgin olive oil, indicating outstanding quality.
Unfiltered and unblended, Honest Toil olive oil is best enjoyed simply — drizzled over salads, vegetables, grilled fish or with fresh bread — where its freshness and character can shine.
