Crafting Exceptional Snacks for Discerning Palates

Emberton Fayre is proud to supply Serious Pig's innovative range of snacks, designed to complement fine drinks and satisfy the most discerning snack enthusiasts. Founded in a London pub by George Rice, Serious Pig began with a simple yet profound idea: to create the perfect pub snack that would match the quality of the burgeoning craft beer scene. This inspiration led to the creation of their debut product, the Snackalami, and has since expanded into a diverse selection of premium snacks.

…IT STARTS DOWN THE PUB.

A few years ago, while enjoying craft beers at his local pub, Serious Pig founder, George Rice, realised that pub snacks needed some love to stand up to the bold flavours of new-wave craft brewers.

That night left George hungry for a true taste experience, sparking a quest to find the finest ingredients and craft the tastiest snacks. Because when it comes to flavour, you need great produce.

And so, Serious Pig was born, starting with their debut snack, Snackalami. Made from outdoor-reared British pork, in collaboration with pioneering Kentish farmers, the Snackalami embodied the mission: to make savoury snacking with real taste.

Over the last decade, the range has expanded to include a variety of savoury delights, and the community of producers has grown too, without whom these incredible flavours wouldn’t be possible.

In the journey to create exceptional snacks, George has always aimed to do more than just make great products, he wants to make a positive impact. That’s why he’s proud to be on the path to becoming a certified B Corporation, committed to the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.

From the local pub to scouring the globe, George’s foodie calling has put Serious Pig on the map, providing the best nibbles to elevate life’s best moments.

Whether it’s gifting flavour or sharing a drink with a friend, they’re here to help you savour every moment. Bringing serious snacks to foodies everywhere is what makes George happy.
