Well, this is what salt should taste like. It takes just over one month from start to finish to make a single salt crystal. Asila collect sea water at the highest of tides along a tidal creek. This will eventually create very salty sea water called brine. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eWhen there is the right concentration of saltiness, the brine is transferred into evaporation pans for the final stage of the process. With the final bit of evaporation by Mother Nature, salt begins to form and fall to the bottom of the pan.
