- 2 tbsp Honest Oil Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation:
- Prep time: 1 minute
- Cook time: 30-40 minutes
- Serves: 2-4 people
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) / Gas mark 6.
- Place the whole smoked garlic bulb in a foil-lined ovenproof dish.
- Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil.
- Wrap the foil into a sealed parcel to retain moisture.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the cloves are soft.
- Carefully remove from the oven and let it cool before use.
