Born from a beekeeping hobby in 2011, Scott started out labelling jars of honey from his parents kitchen table. Since then, his business, Hilltop Honey has grown to become the second-largest honey brand in the UK. Hilltop has expanded across ranges and retailers across the UK and beyond and is still proudly 100% owned by Scott and located in his hometown of Newtown, Mid-Wales.


Scott has come a long way since his Mum & Dads. Hilltop are dedicated to celebrating Honey, the artistry of beekeeping and the provenance of their products, offering expertise and a passion for quality that sets them apart.
