Garlic sits at the heart of countless great dishes, and at Emberton Fayre we treat it with the respect it deserves. Our range is built around carefully sourced, high-quality bulbs and cloves, chosen for flavour first and handled with care from start to finish.

At the centre of the collection is our signature Smoked Garlic — cold-smoked over oak in small batches here in the UK. Slow smoking transforms the bulbs, softening their bite and drawing out a deep, savoury sweetness with a rich, aromatic smokiness. It’s a distinctive ingredient designed to elevate everyday cooking, whether roasted whole, mashed into butter, or stirred into slow-cooked dishes.

Alongside this, we offer the Jumbo Garlic we use as the starting point for our smoked range. Grown in Spain and selected for their size and quality, these bold, unsmoked bulbs have large, plump cloves and a clean, robust garlic flavour that works beautifully across all styles of cooking.

Completing the range are our Black Garlic Cloves — slowly aged to develop their characteristic dark colour and complex flavour. Sweet, mellow, and almost balsamic in character, they add depth and umami to sauces, dressings, and finishing touches.
