Emberton Smoked Garlic is what we're famous for. It's slowly smoked over oak to create a deliciously indulgent smoky flavour and aroma.

We also offer Jumbo Garlic, a premium variety from Spain known for it's robust flavour and aromatic qualities, as well as Black Garlic Cloves, peeled and ready to eat, ideal as a healthy snack or as a unique ingredient adding depth and flavour to a variety of dishes.
